Prohibited & Restricted Items

To keep the marketplace safe and lawful, the following may not be offered, sold, or listed on TakyRace (operated by Aitaky SRL). The list is non-exhaustive; we may remove any listing at our discretion.

1. Illegal or regulated goods/services

—Anything illegal under applicable law.
—Weapons, ammunition, explosives; drugs or controlled substances; tobacco; alcohol where regulated.
—Stolen goods or goods of unlawful origin.
—Counterfeit or replica items.
—Money prizes, gambling, lotteries or unauthorised prize competitions (concorsi a premio) — including championships offering cash prizes, which fall under the Italian State monopoly on gaming. Prizes must be non-monetary (see Terms §4.4).

2. Intellectual-property infringing content

—Pirated, cracked or unlicensed simulator software, DLC, mods or assets.
—Content that infringes copyright, trademark or other IP (see the Copyright Policy).

3. Cheating, exploits and account abuse

—Cheats, hacks, trainers, scripts or exploits for any simulator.
—Tools or services designed to manipulate results, standings, ratings or stewarding.
—Account sales, sharing, boosting or "win-trading" services where these breach a simulator publisher's terms.
—Services that violate the terms of iRacing, Le Mans Ultimate, Assetto Corsa or any other supported simulator.

4. Harmful or deceptive items

—Malware, phishing kits, or tools intended to compromise security.
—Fraudulent, deceptive or "get-rich" schemes.
—Items that facilitate hate, violence or discrimination.

5. Adult, personal-data and privacy-violating content

—Sexually explicit or NSFW material.
—Personal data of third parties offered without a lawful basis.

6. Restricted (allowed only under conditions)

—Real-money coaching and sim-racing tutoring services are allowed, provided they are lawful and compliant with the relevant simulator's terms. Services that breach a publisher's terms remain prohibited (e.g. account sharing/boosting, manipulation of ratings or results).
—Physical goods requiring shipping/customs compliance: the seller is responsible for all legal and tax obligations.

7. Enforcement

Listings that breach this policy may be removed, payouts withheld where lawful, and accounts suspended or terminated. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to the authorities.
