Copyright & Takedown Policy

1. Reporting infringement (takedown notice)

If you believe content on TakyRace infringes your copyright or other IP right, send a notice to support@aitaky.com including:

1. Identification of the protected work/right you own or are authorised to act for;
2. Identification and exact location of the allegedly infringing content (e.g. URL, incident ID, listing ID);
3. Your contact details (name, email, and, where acting on behalf of a rights-holder, your authority to do so);
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights-holder, its agent, or the law;
5. A statement that the information is accurate, and that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act on its behalf;
6. Your signature (electronic is acceptable).

2. What we do

On receipt of a valid notice we will, in a timely and diligent manner:

• —acknowledge receipt;
• —assess the notice and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the content;
• —provide the affected user with a statement of reasons (DSA Art. 17) and notify them of the counter-notice option below.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you are authorised to use it, send a counter-notice to the same address including:

• —identification and location of the removed content;
• —a statement, under penalty for false statements, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or that you have the right to use it;
• —your contact details and signature.

4. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe IP rights, taking into account the circumstances (DSA Art. 23 on misuse).

5. Misuse

Submitting knowingly false notices or counter-notices is prohibited and may lead to liability and account action.
