Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 1 June 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using TakyRace, operated by Aitaky SRL. It applies to all Users — Drivers and Organizers — and is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
1. Spirit of the community
TakyRace is built for sim-racers, by sim-racers. We expect the same standards online as on track: respect, sportsmanship and fair play. Rookies and veterans are equally welcome.
2. You must not
- —Break the law or facilitate illegal activity.
- —Harass, threaten, bully or abuse anyone; post hate speech or discriminatory content based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability or similar.
- —Post sexually explicit, violent or otherwise inappropriate content.
- —Impersonate another person, team, organizer or TakyRace itself.
- —Upload malware, or attempt to hack, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or circumvent the security or access controls of the Service.
- —Cheat or exploit — including manipulating results, standings or stewarding, or using unauthorised tools to gain an unfair competitive advantage.
- —Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or repetitive/disruptive content.
- —Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or upload content (including incident videos) you do not have the right to share.
- —Share other people's private data without a lawful basis.
- —Create fake accounts or evade bans/suspensions.
3. Content standards
All Content you submit — profiles, setups, incident videos, messages, championship descriptions — must be accurate where it purports to be factual, lawful, and respectful. We may remove Content and restrict accounts that breach this AUP.
4. Stewarding and incidents
Incident reports and stewarding tools exist to keep racing clean. Do not abuse them to harass other drivers, file bad-faith reports, or retaliate. Stewarding decisions within a championship are the relevant Organizer's responsibility.
5. Organizers
Organizers must apply their rules fairly and transparently, not discriminate unlawfully against participants, and handle participant data responsibly and lawfully.
6. Reporting and enforcement
- —Report violations to support@aitaky.com.
- —We may warn, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities. We aim to act proportionately and, where reasonable, with notice.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
